Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns costs depend on the cost of the shipping label. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of their return labels for returns and exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for your order.

- Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with any and all tags intact.
- All returns are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team and can take 7-14 business days to process after being marked as delivered.
- Make sure to request a return receipt with the carrier as we are unable to refund lost shipments without proof of drop-off.
- All shipping costs on your original order (which include duties and taxes) are non-refundable.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that are part of clearance, warehouse or "Up-To" sales are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds are only issued to store credit. We do not process cash or card refunds.
